Can I get counselling from the Shelter even if I don't stay there?

You do not have to leave your relationship or make a police report to access Shelter counselling services, and there is no fee for using our counselling and support group programs. Our counsellors are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for women who have been impacted by relationship abuse. You can call 250-763-1040 to talk to a counsellor over the phone or schedule a one-on-one counselling session.
