The staff and volunteers at the Thrift Store appreciate a phone call before you drop off gently used, in-season donations, to ensure that there is space for the donation. We regret that we are usually unable to pick up donations. Phone: 250-762-8561

All of the items that are donated to the Shelter every year are put to good use. We hope that the following guidelines are helpful to those wishing to donate items.

We accept:

• Clothing, footwear
  and linen
• Dishes/Glasses
• Plastic Items
• Cookware
• Electrical
• Toys
• Books/Magazine
• Furniture Items

We do not accept:

• Mattresses and box springs
• Large Appliances
• OLD electronics: TVs, Computers, Microwaves, Typewriters, Stereos, Etc.
• Baskets, sewing and craft items.
• Baby items: Cribs, mattresses, highchairs, swings, car seats, strollers
